I suspect (hunch only) it's to do with you mixing online/instore using the same e-mail, something which I would never do.

When you say issue date, do you mean the date you look to see what the APG is or when you get the vouchers? Maybe that's where I'm confused...

You could get them back. But for anyone doing these shops you need to work it out so actually money covers the cost of the shopping unless you are prepared to forfeit vouchers. These shampoos are often not available, and most of mine have been subs.

At the end of the day we know just how good this CnC is. Keep it simple and pay cash, or work some shopping into the order, its free shopping after all
