Not sure what kind of casserole you make, but we love a sweet and sour sausage casserole. We also have sausage and bean hot pot, gravy type sausage casserole and a new one is sticky sausages.0

I used up 4 Turkey Sausages last night with half a bag of SmartPrice Stir-fry Mix to serve 2 people.
- Dry-fry the sausages first, then cut them into 'slanted quarter lengths' IYKWIM
.
- Put to one side while frying off half a red onion and some mushrooms.
- Add the half-bag of left-over Stir-fry Mix and fry for a few minutes.
- Add a small pack of 'Sweet Sour Stir-fry Sauce' and give a really good stir.
- Throw the sausages back into the mix.
- Cover with a lid to thoroughly heat through before serving.
