huge influx of sausages - suggestions needed

Hi all
The title says it all really, think we will be living on sausages for months - fed up of sausage and egg and sausage casserole - can any of you lovely people suggest any reciepes please?

Why don't you take some of them out of their skins, and then you could make a sausage platt, and also meat balls, with the addition of a few herbs and a chopped up onion.
Also meat loaf, I use half sausage meat and half minced beef, a squirt of tomato ketchup, sliced onion and some herbs. Bake it in a loaf tin and it is delicious, you can serve it hot or cold

How about sausages chopped up and served with pasta in a homemade sauce. Could maybe add some bacon bits, too.From Starrystarrynight to Starrystarrynight1 and now I'm back...don't have a clue how!0

My Mrs does a very nice mustard and Stilton mash with sausages sometimes.
You could slice them and add them to pasta with a nice tomato sauce.

I'd second a sausage plait, with some made up packet stuffing and a caramelised onion. Good hot or cold and freezes well - I'll have to make one soon, salivating now at the thought.Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j

I knew I had spelt plait wrong but for the life of me I couldn't think. I put it down to my age:)
