I am a landlord of 2 properties, I want to take out a Home Emergency policy for the benefit of my tenants (and me).
Im looking for 24hr/365 day cover.
Who would you recommend ?
Who to avoid ?
Can I buy this separate to my buildings Insurance ?

You can buy it separately to Home/Landlord cover but often its cheaper to package it0

I've been offered a great price for my buildings insurance. But not so great for home emergency cover.
