Update: 30 July 2014: HMRC has today told us it is extending the deadline to apply for tax credits from tomorrow to 11.59pm on Wednesday 6 August, regardless of what method you renew by. This is due to strike action by HMRC staff who are members of the Public and Commercial Services Union taking place today, Thursday and Friday, which may cause delays for people renewing over the phone.

I didn't receive a renewal form in the post but updated my claim start of April to add a new baby do I still need to renew?
