Travel insurance and pregnancy

Will I be covered by my travel insurance for pregnancy emergencies while on holiday in Spain I know it's not classed as I illness so I don t need to declare it but just want reassurance. I will be under 12 weeks pregnant while on holiday.

You have to read your policy terms.
Normally you are covered for complications of pregnancy but not a natural/ reasonably "on time" birth
Of cause as you will be in the EU then your EHIC would cover any treatment you needed in Spain in connection with the pregnancy to the same level as a Spanish citizen would get.0 -
Flying during the first trimester is generally regarded as a bad idea, so perhaps you should reschedule your trip, or go by boat and train.0
