    It is for services rendered, though . He has agreed to join. The website will have their own refund procedures. Follow them

    Oh i get it - he did want the loan but they couldnt offer it?

    I was talking through personal experience. When the brokers offered me a loan, i tried to cancel (apparently you get 14 days) - i cancelled and didnt take the loan but still got stung twice for the same charge!

    hello Im 21 without credit history. Its possible to receive a 300 pounds loan? I have part time job and no commitments. but also I dont have any guarantors. Yesterday I made an account on myloan-now.co.uk but they only stolen 68 pounds and left me without any offert...im a mess

    They are the loan sharks they calculate the interest rates very high if you go for payday loan and if you are unable to pay that money in time then they will charge you 34% + interest rate on monthly basis that means it will be not affordable to return money. So best bet is go for bank for loan rather then going to loan sharks known as payday loans

    Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    This is from their site under T&C's;
    Fees, Cancellations and Refunds

    We will charge you a fee to act as your specialised finance broker. This fee is specified as part of our communications with You. If you are not offered a loan by a lender or financier within the 1 month that we act for you then we will refund the fee less than the £5 brokerage fee provided for by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Refunds must be requested in writing to avoid repayments being sent to a wrong address and/or getting lost. To facilitate us processing payments and repayments you authorise us to retain your charge, credit and debit card details. With regards to payments set up by debit or credit card we will attempt to take a fee when you make your application. Under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 you have the right to cancel your agreement with us within 14 days of receiving these terms and conditions, you will be entitled to a full refund which will be made within 14 days of receiving your request. If you would like to cancel You must Inform us by writing to us at Katsea Financial Solutions Ltd, Unit 5, Brenton Business Centre, Bond Street, Bury, BL97BE

    This is slightly at odds with what they say here on the same site...
    How do I get a refund?
    If you have paid your fee but no longer require the service getting a refund is easy, all you need to do is contact us by telephone or email to confirm to tell us you wish to cancel your membership – we will then send you a cancellation form for you to complete and return to us, once we have received the form your application will be cancelled and your refund made within 30 days.

    Please remember if you have been a member for more than 14 days the refund will be minus our £5.00 administration fee.

    Basically don't muck about, follow their T&C's and get get something off to them in writing ASAP.

    Then do something other than borrow to get that £300 you need.
