LG Fridge/Freezer

I have an LG, frost free, fridge freezer and recently ice is forming under the bottom drawer in the freezer causing the drawer to stick to the bottom of compartment. I can chip the ice out but after three to four days it will happen again. Manual not much help, and retailer does not want to know. Item is quite' long in the tooth' but otherwise in good shape. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Best to a full defrost of the fridge freezer. Even "frost free" freezers need to be defrosted from time to time and given a good clean out.
Try turning the dial down a tad.
If you're down south, spending an hour or so in front of a defrosting Freezer might cool you down ^_~Laters
