Hi can someone please advise me, is it right that after paying my mind payment on a asda credit card, that 2 days later I get a state mental saying default and gone over drawn because asda took and applied iintrest 2 3days after I payed my bill, and the amount I payed left my account in credit I payed what my bill said to, then asda applyed intrest after took what was left overdrawing my account by a few pound, this was added at the bottom of next statement, added on, I complaind 8weeks later still my fault, I've now took to ombudsmun and they agreed with asda but in the mean time I wrote to the head manager asda told to freeze my account until resolved, now asda hasn't put 3 non payment defaults on my credit file closed my account and threatened me a letter saying somebody going to visit me at my adress regarding my outstanding debt, threating letter, my life is ruined now and left me suicidle as I have learning difficultys and feel like I'm n being targeted by the custom manager mr r rolls he the one making my life miserable I've payed nr600 in charges so far I'm nr eviction help please advise me asda cards you can't even get balance on any cash machine try it please asda won't admit this avoid question
