Address for Reclaiming Bank Charges from RBS

I'm in the process of reclaiming my bank charges from Royal Bank of Scotland (under financial hardship) - is there a specific address to send my claim to, or do I send it to my local RBS branch.

I did find a section with an A-Z of bank address but these seemed specific to PPI and SAR info.

Any help would be appreciated.

To complain about bank charges applied to your account, you should follow the bank's complaint procedure :)
