Mobile Roaming

Hi all,
I'm pretty useless when it comes to mobile phones and just looking for advice on using my iphone while on holiday.
I will be travelling to Tunisia tomorrow and would like to be able to use my mobile while I am there. I will probably only send a handful of texts and make maybe two calls home during the 10 days. I would like to be able to use the internet on it though (Facebook etc.) and listen to my music (on Deezer if possible?!) The hotel we are staying in do have free WiFi but I was unsure if I will be charged by my provider (EE) if I connect to it?? Can anyone advise what the best options are? Also do I need to let EE know that I will be travelling?

You shouldn't be charged by your provider for using wifi. Set your phone to have data roaming switched off. This will restrict browsing to wifi only.
You may need to check that EE haven't got a block on international calls, you should be able to check this through your online account, but otherwise it is worth phoning EE if this is the first time you have used your phone overseas.
