Conservatory quote in the south east

My friends mum got a quote for a new conservatory in Frinton-on-sea and I think it sounds high compared to online quotes we've looked at.
It will be Georgian style with a 600mm high dwarf wall, 35mm polycarbonate glazing, 6300mm span, and 3000mm projection. This work was quoted for £15000.
Does that sound reasonable? I've told my friend online quotes will vary and can't be completely accurate but the ones we have seen were for around £10000. His mum has asked the neighbors and their ones were done for less than 10k although built over 6 years ago.
At the end of the day it's her money but I'd rather not see a retired old girl taken advantage of. Any advice appreciated.

Changed it to dwarf wall, with special roof glazing designed to reduce heat, cost was £10k. Based in Sussex0

Sounds about right from the North west perpective. Thats a big un at 6 mtrs wide. It depends on the groundwork needed too,
My house is on sand so foundation for a conservatory had to be 6ft deep.
Some companies just go down a few feet, and as planning and buildng regs have changed, they may or may not be watched by inspectors.
As with anyting, get some more quotes.
I guess the big boys quotes would be 20k (Everets, Anglians etc)0
