think the whole "double dip" ANPR scenario needs to be highlighted as well , how the ANPR used by these companies does not follow the exacting standards expected of a council etc

So the DVLA only give out information to the parking companies that are compliant with the BPA (or the other one) code of practice.
Has anyone done a freedom of information request to the DVLA asking how many parking companies they have checked to see if they comply.
I thought that from DVLA replies that have been posted on here they have said parking companies reported to them for not following the code of practice was nothing to do with them.0 -
