    ultraviolet85 I used this email address [EMAIL="parking.queries@moto-way.co.uk"]parking.queries@moto-way.co.uk[/EMAIL]. They still haven't replied but the charge has gone from CP Plus web site.

    I challenged them to use their car park cameras and check that car was in the car park with the driver in it for the duration that it was parked there. They have the reg number and all the details of the car, dates/times parked from the CP Plus charge number, so if they are so inclined I assume that they, in theory, could find it and check that I was telling them the truth. After all who would sit in a car for several hours in a motorway service area unless they were feeling tired or unwell!

    Don't forget to quote their own policy at them, that it is not their policy to charge drivers who have taken a nap for reasons of safety.
