Compensation Claim Form Sting

I'm about to submit the form to CPP but have just seen the 'small print' which states "If you claim compensation you will have cancelled your policy, so you and anyone else covered by the policy) will lose the benefits it provides". As I read this, just by sending in the form my policy will be zapped and any forward payments I have made (its a 3 year policy) will be lost even if there is no compensation paid. A case of heads they win, tails I lose?

Think you're reading wrong. As I read this, just by sending in the form my policy will be zapped and any forward payments I have made (its a 3 year policy) will be lost even if there is no compensation paid
If you claim the payments back, then of course the policy will be terminated.0 -
Yes, claiming compensation is not the same as simply making a complaint. If your complaint fails, then your policy will remain in force.0
