Hi
We've got a problem with our computer - just over 3years old. The screen has gone all pink and liney . although sometimes it's fine it doesn't last. Everything else is working great.
it's been suggested its the graphics card which is about £250 ? Does that sound right, or could it be something else?
Any help really gratefully received.
( within the last week , the boilers broken down, the microwave's developed a mind of its own and the sky box just wants to freeze all the time...... totally fed up !)
thank again

£250 seems a bit high. In a normal PC, you could just change the graphics card. Perhaps £20 to £30.
In a laptop/all in one, it's more complicated and expensive. The chip may need re-balling or replacement. Example
