Savings account best rates?

I've still got about £22,000 to find a home for from my inheritance following my partners death.
Ive opened an ISA with £15000
2 Santander accounts with £20,000 in each
2 TSB accounts with £2000 in each
At the moment I really don't feel able to cope with more current accounts with standing orders, needing to feed the accounts etc and would like just an ordinary savings account while things settle down.
I'm looking at the Paragon 1 year fixed rate bond - any thoughts please, or could I do better?
