Why not email them back?
Anyway, if you look at the message headers you should be able to get the ip address that sent the message - more here
Once you have that, if you know the "suspects" ip you should be able to match the two up.
However, if they sent it through the webmail interface I suspect the IP will just point to the hotmail server - so not much help0 -
You could look up the IP address in the email header which won't give you that much info. But it's most likely come through hotmails servers directly so the only source IP address you'd see is hotmail's own IP address. IP addresses can lead to individual computers as there will be a record of who had that IP at that time but you won't have access to that information unless you're the police."She is quite the oddball.
