Paypal Refund??

Hi All, i recently got conned on Depop to the tune of £60 by a "customer" i paid with Paypal so
1.Will i get a refund
2.How long will it take
3.Would there be a case if i went to the police,(Dont see why they should get away with it)

Hi Gavin i purchased an item for a total of £60 through the above selling site paying through paypal, she had asked me to pay via bank transfer but i said i wanted to pay through the correct chanels to protect myself,then people who followed me had advised me not to purchase anything from that seller as they to had been conned by her,i returned back to ask for a refund as i had changed my mind, but by this time the seller had closed her account.

Then open a case with Paypal... goods not supplied.
