Any recommendations?

Me and the other half are planning a trip away.

First week of September. Want a beach and some sun. All inclusive or a really nice cheap apartment somewhere and we can sort our own flights.
Somewhere a bit quieter, with local bars/taverns/restaurants but maybe a bus ride away from a larger town?

Can anyone recommend anywhere? Kinda overwhelmed by options at the moment!

We went to a lovely place in Corfu called St George South, it was about 6 years ago now, we will go back for sure, it was kind of one small road, with lots of tavernas, cafes and a couple of bars.....very friendly people I'd recommend that.

It's not the cheapest resort in Turkey but the exchange rate with the TL (Turkish Lira) is very good now. It's not a tiny resort but all the nightlife is about restaurants and a few bars, no nightclubs or anything like that. There's a small town beach (shingly) and beach platforms but the lovely beaches of Kapitas and Patara are just a short bus ride away.


If you do decide on this try to get an apartment or pension close to the centre.
