Black mold on carpet grippers?? and my lanlord

Any advice please? I have been in my property for 10 weeks. There were no visible signs of mold to begin with and just a faint smell on clothes. After some investigation I found black mold on all windows on silicone seals. I done my best to clean most of it up. I then had all curtains in house dry cleaned at my expense and even fitted a new living room carpet. I recently found mold growing under the sink in cupboard due to seal round sink being broken. Estate agent are sending their handyman round to replace seal but that wont eradicate mold. I have today lifted up my bedroom carpet to find black hairy mold on carpet grippers?? the same in the hallways. I am scared to lift my childrens bedrooms because of what I might find. Everything I have done up until now has been at my expense but I can't take anymore. What am I paying £600 per month for?? I need the carpets replaced and will be phoning the estate agent tomorrow but can imagine the response! And..what about my clothes and possessions?? Do I need to chuck everything out? As mentioned, only mold on carpet grippers and seals so do I still need to get rid of everything?? all advice gratefully received.

You need to try to work out the source of the mould - no point in getting things replaced and then having the same problems. Have you been keeping the house well ventilated, drying washing outside etc.0

My windows have been open every day since I moved there and all washing is dried outside. I have a feeling that the last residents never opened any windows though. I don't understand why the mold is round the carpet grippers. Not even on the flooring underneath.0

Does anyone know what I can do with all my clothes? I've read that I should chuck them all out if they have even shared a room with then smallest amounts of black mold?0
