The are probably making crazy offers on property and now are getting buyers remorse. Quick buy now before you miss the boat and get into serious negative equity!!

I think the financial fortunes of many posting on here relies on the herd continuing to do that. Unfortunately for them the herd turned some time ago.

No it because we find it quite amusing to see you lot trying to convince yourselves that you are right.

Could say the same for you lot. I won`t be in negative equity when this mess finally comes crashing down.

I've asked you before how far you think prices will fall but you haven't ans so I'll ask again.

i fear it will be a good while yet before it finally does come crashing down. there are still many ways to keep the bubble inflated.

You won't be in any sort of equity because you decided to buy a flat for someone else instead.

cash is the only asset that isn't depreciating at the moment.
    property- falling
    shares- falling
    commodities- falling

    What epic drivel.

Choice classic cars are doing very well. The air cooled 911 is white hot. Go on, do the old HPC tulip retort. They are making no more classic cars... Supply/demand and no CGT.

Classics are invariably bought by people with savings and a bit of disposible. Those hateful boomers HPC detest so much as they "had it easy"

Bring on the crash! I want a flat in Chelsea for 50grand and a Aston DB4 for 9 grand!

3rd time I've asked this Captain Crashy. After you've spent 40 years buying property for other people where are you going to live?!

I know. Where your local council put you!

    hahaha classic cars!
    good one!
isn't the value of a classic car subjective, though?
