Perhaps he should read the whole thread instead of pilling it late and arguing against what he thinks we are saying instead of what we are saying.0 -

hi gang...I said in my first post that sometimes it is better rent than to buy, and vice versa.

This is nonsense. No-one has agreed it's more your way (better to rent) vs buying. Equally no-one has said buying is a no brainer. The only person that expressed any certainty was Crashy who said renting was a no brainer in his case (which it wasn't).
You're making things up.0 -

I did. If you look at the top of this thread there's a search this thread function. The use of 'no brainer' is exactly as I summarised.and dont put words in my mouth. I said sometimes it is better to do one rather than the other.
You said 'we agree it's more my way' - I don't at least.as for the childish post at 3.38pm I think the rest of the world will see just who the loons are.
Yes if you want to avoid lunatics you need to try the other internet.0 -

And the posters that replied advised that financially it rarely is better to rent..... You then ranted on about lifestyles and your posts got really boring but no-one disagreed......
You then declared that finally everyone agrees with you, when in fact nobody actually argued the lifestyle argument with you.... Now bore off.0 -
As stated previously I want the prices to drop to last years prices.
That's the gambler mentality. You've walked into a casino and lost, now you want to keep walking back in to get your winnings back. Problem is, like the casino, the housing market is rigged. The chances are you will lose again and again and again.
Sadly for you, more you lose, more you'll want to gamble to get your winnings back.
You would be much better cashing in your chips and buying a home instead. Like a recovering gambler you need to accept your loss and forgive youself for the mistake and appreciate the unfair dynamic presented to you and walk away from the roulette table called rent.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0
