Reclaiming from lloyds

Hi everyone, first of all I'm sure this is already on here somewhere so apologies for repeating it!
Around 2000 onwards I had a loan and a credit from lloyds, and I'm unsure if I'm eligible to claim anything back. I know I need to contact them to find out whether or not I had PPI, but I don't know if it's too long after I had them. Is there a time limit and is it worth me even looking into it?

Thank you in advance for any advice,

Craig.

It is not a case of being eligible. It is a case of making your complaint, giving your reasons and then if they agree with you, then they will pay redress.

You havent stated your reasons for complaint. So, we cant comment on that bit until you do. However, you just need to phone them to ask them if you had PPI on the loan. They will be able to tell you if you did or you did not.
