Issues with car on finance

Hi All
Apologies if this is in the wrong place but could do with some advice. Recently bought a BMW M3 on finance, around £30,000 all said and done. I had previously met the dealer and all was fine, when it came to picking the car up the dealership was a long way from my work and he said he'd bring the car to his place and i could meet him there as its round the corner from my work, which i duly did. I signed the paperwork in the car and he told me if the finance company ask where it was done then to say it was done at the dealership. There was a "witness" section on the finance forms and as there was no third party to witness, he said "leave that i'll get someone to sort it out later" and i drove off with my car. The finance company did call and did check where it was done and stupidly i just blurted out "at the dealership" - well it now turns out the dealership isn't a dealership afterall but just a guy selling cars from his flat.
Anyway, few issues have arisen. Loud banging from driveshaft, very very very loud squeeky brakes (like bus brakes!), various electrical items not working, etc - I've had the car 4 weeks and the dealer has absolutely NO intentions of sorting anything and has basically washed his hands of it.
I'm now considering my options and have 3 questions.
1. Will the finance company help sort this out or will they also want to stay out of it?
2. Does the fact that there was no witness to the document signing, and he clearly fraudulently added this later and that he lied about where it was done, etc, have any bearing on the situation?
Final question, and I know this might sound daft but, i'm so angry with both myself for falling for this and him for being so "ah well, it's your problem now mate" about the situation regardless of the fact that he has supposed legal obligations to put things right, is it illegal to set up a website naming the "company" and explaining what happened? Aslong as everything is factual, is it illegal? I dont want anyone else falling for this and thought it might be worthwhile.
Any help and advice appreciated.
Thanks

The first thing that comes to mind is... have you run an HPI check on it?
As for the documentation, I would be clear an upfront with the finance company if I were you, ultimately you are liable for the debt now, even if the car isn't worth anything (or worst possible case) is stolen...ringer etc.
I wouldnt waste your time on a website for the time being, the important thing is getting your side of things clear and set out, otherwise you will just end up wasting time fighting for something you'll never get...0 -

Don't forget your complicit in this fraud you say he committed. You too knew the witness was needed, you told lies on where the document was signed.
The finance company are as much victims here as you, they will look for recourse if this turns out to be a fake dealer they believe has a dealership.
I would just explain everything to the finance company and plead ignorant, then tell them they are equally liable to sort the problems and take it from there.0
