Terms and Conditions
- This prize draw is open to European residents aged 18+, except employees of Lovehoney Group Limited, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.
- Details of how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entries must be submitted via www.fiftyshadescompetition.com and entries are restricted to one per person. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
- Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Five winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
- All entries must be received by 3.11.14.
- The winner will be contacted within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the first attempt, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The Prize: Each one of the five luxury weekend city breaks comprise of the following:
- a weekend for two (two nights) at a nominated hotel (minimum 4 star) in the winner's choice of European city.
- Breakfast both mornings.
- A three course dinner on each evening plus one bottle of house wine to share.
- Transport is not included. The prize includes two nights' (Friday and Saturday) accomodation for two adults sharing a standard double/twin room The winner may select a hotel city of his/her choice and will be offered a nominated hotel of the provider's choice. We reserve the right to refuse the winner’s choice and offer a realistic alternative. The prize may be used on any weekend of the winner’s choosing (subject to availability at the selected hotel) prior to 01.05.15. The winner and companion are responsible for: paying for and arranging their own travel to the chosen hotel; obtaining adequate travel insurance cover; and for ensuring they meet the entry requirements for travel (if applicable), e.g. possession of a valid passport and visa (if required). The prize does not include any costs/expenses incurred in taking up the prize which are not expressly included in the prize, i.e. additional food or services.
- The prize is subject to availability and is non-transferable. Maximum prize value is €1000 and there are no cash alternatives to any non-cash components.
- The winner and their companion may be required to participate in publicity related to this prize draw and they agree to take part in such publicity at the Promoter’s reasonable request, without further compensation.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
- The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of the nominated hotel, who accept no liability for any loss or damage incurred in taking up the prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any party’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from that party’s negligence.

Very quick survey to do - I answered NO to virtually everything, in case anyone is wondering! The things they asked if you did, or would like to do, were quite odd.
I answered YES to quite a few, and didn't think that the things that they asked about were particularly odd. When I was in my 20s I worked with a guy that did most of those things, and had a habit of wanting to dance around in nothing but a leather thong at the staff Christmas party (which we tried hard to dissuade him from doing, as he was fat, bald and about 50 years old) :rotfl:

Me too ( not the thong at the Christmas party though) I thought it was quite straightforward and simple and I answered yes to lots of it
