Hello,
I am starting my second year of university in September. My overdraft is currently £750 and I was wondering if it will automatically be increased in my second year?

No, whatever increase you have in mind apply for it. Maximum potential overdraft limit £3000-.0

My first year was £1000 and they offered to increase in year two. I asked for £1250 total and they said yes.0

I was only ever offered £1250 (and £500 credit card). I don't know what I would have to do to get £3000. I have been with them since 13(now 22) and gone overdrawn (by £5) once in all that time.0
