Travel insurance with heart condition

My in laws enjoy several holidays each year but my father in law has recently been diagnosed with a heart condition. They were due to go to America later this year, any ideas on the best place for him to get travel insurance?. Thank you, Mark

His existing travel insurer may insure him - he declares the condition and they say yah or nay at a price.0
