MBNA Card

I have done a check on Noddle and under my credit cards there appears to be one under MBNA with a balance of £-29. I cannot remember opening this card, though is seems it was opened in 2010 but due to the positive balance it is all in green.

I had to google MBNA to find out what it actually was!

What is the best way for me to approach this? I was planning on calling MBNA and asking them about it but i don't have any details of the card or any account or any statements...

I just want the thing closing and off my file.

any advice?

  • Your card may not have been labelled "MBNA". They provide many differently branded affinity cards. Could it have been one of those?

Get online access to MBNA - it has cards on there for me closed 15 years or more ago.
