The other flaw in RMG's business is that they are compelled by universal delivery to deliver at a set price to isolated areas which essentially means those routes operate at a loss. Seems unfair that now they are essentially a private organisation operating in the open market they are compelled to operate in such a fashion when other providers such as TNT and UKmail don't?0
