Any short-term house insurance cover?

We're selling my late mum's house soon and the house insurance runs out on August 13th. As we're now going into rented accomodation the house owner will do the insurance. Are there any insurers who would take us on for only a month say?

Presumably you still need contents cover so just change address on your policy and remove the buildings cover.
If you are changing insurer, do some dummy quotes for both addresses to help choose. Also, check what the admin charges are for making a change.0
