Munroe 1 if you search on PCN at MCDONALDS you will find the thread I started which includes the appeal I made to POPLA. (I don't know how to do a link to the thread) I took the advice provided and tweaked it as the regulars suggested. From submission to POPLA to getting my result took exactly three weeks although I know it can takes longer. I may be wrong but CEL seem to recognise a well drafted appeal to POPLA and save themselves £17.50 by not contesting.0

I think I might forward the response I got from POPLa to the local council, MP etc. I'm also considering sticking it to the sign they have in the carpark in question.0 -
