over the last 10 year I got 2 cars on finance, now I am not sure wether I would have any chance of a claim or not so thought I'd ask here first, all the details i have are below:
THE FUNDING CORPORATION
XXXXXXX0542
start 27/12/2004
ended 23/01/2008
&
British Credit Trust
XXXX4387
started 26/10/2007
ended 09/11/2010
now I dont know the full account/agreement number all I have is XXXXXXX and the last 4 digits of both accounts, I alsohave no paperwork, another problem is that The British Credit Trust seem to have disappeared, do I have any chance of a claim with this limited info?

The claim dating from 2004 is pre-regulation, so no complaint about that will have to be considered.
You'll need the whole account number if you wish to complain about the more recent one.
If the firm in question no longer exists then you are going to struggle with no details, although FSCS is the place to goin that case.0 -
