thanks, I'll think about the tobacco thing! I couldnt leave my dog on his own for that long - we've left him for 8 hours at the longest. Cheers everyone XX

Even if you pay full tax paying price for rolling tobacco, you will save a fortune! You can buy a nifty rolling tin if you can't hand roll, and so can roll 20 in advance if you want to. Well worth it.

    hi there

On the one hand you have some whopping secured loans there, and you will need to take advice on these from your financial adviser.

Additionally tho, you are paying out on 2 unsecured debts which cost you ( i presume min payment?) of 119.59

Whats the APR on the loan and the credit card- what do you currently owe on each?

Ebay isnt difficult to use at all. I cannot recommend it enough. Even though ive been selling for 2 years, and my barrell is well & TRULY SCRAPED - Ive still made 20 quid, and we sold a few bits on amazon too. All you do - take pictures, its all easy -step by step instructions, seriously you cant go wrong. theres also a very helpful band of ebay sellers in thr "ebay, car boot jumble sales board" on this site, so any postage questions can be answered there. scavenge bubble envelopes off mates or used ones from work, otherwises poundland. Also I search on the internet "free packaging supplies" god stash of poly bags for sending clothes through the door for free.

Amazon is easy peasy, cds, books, records even electrical equipment can be sold on there its easy as 1-2-3.

The thing is its not about missing out the takeouts, or what not. to deal with this problem is going to take slicing back to the nth degree. I dont want to be voice of doom but I wonder whether the value of the loans secured and the mortgage will be more than the vlaue of the house? There have been a few people in this situation which is called negative equity. this can make getting a remortgage difficult.

In any case, this is why those hatches need to be battened down and pronto. Literally, spend nothing unless you HAVE to.

Work out the difference between want & need. I did this and it saved me an utter fortune. I understand it as you only NEED something if your health, welfare or earninag capacity will suffer if you dont buy it. So work shoes, a coat, reasonably cheap food ( not poor quality food, there is a difference) a roof over your head and paying the bills. Making sure those bills are as cheap as possible ( conserving every scrap of lecky you can www.est.org.uk ) throwing NOTHING away ( you can sell printer cartidges for clubcard points, some people have sold carrier bags on ebay ;) ) stratching your food as far as it will go ( old stylers will help you here) and reconditioning your minds away from buying stuff to NOT buying stuff.

you will find all the tips & advice you need on here, and always someone to help

    Good luck

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
