Fatsia Butchery?
I have a rather large Fatsia in my garden which is partly obstructing access to some steps. I know nothing about gardening so i'm wandering if i cut off one of the stems, will the plant survive? It's quite tall, about shoulder height at the top and has about 9 or so stems.

Cutting off one stem shouldn't be a problem, just cut right at the base.
Fatsia can cope with up to a third of their stems being pruned out in a year to encourage new growth.0 -
