Fetch (by Ocado)

Ocado have just launched an on-line pet shop. Delivery is free on all orders over £10 and there's a 10% discount code via Topcashback for your first order.
As it's Ocado, you get to choose your delivery slot (it can be tagged onto your food order if you use them) - I ordered Applaws dog food today (£36.46 instead of £42.90) and it's being delivered tomorrow morning.
It's a bit limited on some things ie they only sell Frontline, but there's an opportunity to provide feedback on completion of your order, to request other products etc

cant fault them great service even if you dont have a food order they text you with the van details delivery time ect items are well packaged and prices are competitive.
they do sell advantage which is better than frontlinethis year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk0 -
I was a bit annoyed that you had to actually register before you could find out if they delivered to your area
Why on earth there's not feature to see if they will deliver (like the supermarkets do!) is quite frankly ridiculous & a way of getting your details ....Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000
Debt free & determined to stay that way!0 -
I found a voucher for 15% off here: http://www.petmoneysaver.co.uk/voucher-codes-special-offers
I've been using Ocado for about 7 years now, and they've always been reliable, although once or twice they've packed the small foil tins of cat food in with bigger, heavier items which have squished them. But that's only a small niggle - much better than relying on some of the couriers out there that's for sure!0 -
Update - I was impressed with their service tbh. I received a text beforehand giving me the registration number of the vehicle and driver's name, the order arrived in the 1 hour time slot and the driver was polite and friendly.
So much easier (for me), as I can choose my delivery slot and they charge the same (for Applaws) as Zooplus.0 -
It is great - I found the full price cat food was the cheapest I could find then I had 20% off! I think there's 20% off on their website for new customers
Why would they want your details if they can't deliver to you...? I'm sure it's not that cynical a ploy0 -
Am going to be placing an order with them tomorrow (payday) - the JWB dry dog food is cheaper than anywhere else and the Purina One cat food is a lot cheaper. Where did the 20% come from - the website is 10% off your first order.A home is not a home ..... without a dog0

Such a shame they don't stock the dog food I use but otherwise a good idea.0
