Hiya I bought a pool set for my little girl only on the 27th april and reading another post about postage thought I would take a look at this one as I bought something the same day and recieved it friday.
Now tonight when i just looked the seller has been NLRU'ed from ebay  I did pay via paypal so shall I
1) wait till the post tomorrow and see if I get it
OR
2) Start a chargeback on paypal now?
And what happens if I do start a charge back will I get my money back or only if they have money in their account?
Thanx Sarah x

I'd start the chargeback straight away, you have no guarantee you will receive your goods.
You can always cancel it or pay again if you get them.
If they have emptied their account then you won't get your money back, so best to start the chargeback sooner rather than later.
There could be an innocent reason why the seller has been suspended, there again they may be a scamster so it's not worth risking your money.0 -
I would do a chargeback asap, you can always stop it if you receive the parcel - hopefully he would have sent it out before he got kicked off ebay!
......
sorry I have just repeated what someone else has said!

Thanx both! I did email the seller last night and got a 1 word answer!
So started chargeback and supprise supprise got a full email back today from the seller to say my item is being posted tomorrow, and should be here by thursday. It should of been here before then but if I do get it then I dont mind.
I do think the seller is ok as they have a feedback of over 700 but we shall see.

Result!
They still sound a bit iffy though, they could be saying they'll post it so you'll stop the chargeback.
I'd keep the chargeback going until you receive the item, just in case they're trying to buy some time.
Then if it arrives OK, cancel the chargeback or pay again if it's already gone through.0 -
Thanx VH And It diddnt come today ((boo)) Seller now says wait untill saturday!!!
But the chargeback it still going and will be till I get them!
Thanx again

Sarah,
Just like the others have already said don't stop the chargeback process. You can always stop the process right up to the last minute if the parcel does arrive but if you cancel it now you cannot restart it.
