Hi.
I've been double charged for an item on Ali express.
I've raised several disputes but they don't understand English. The just reply 'I'm sorry to hear that, hope you order from Us again'
Has anyone else had this problem?

Bring it up with Ali Express themselves rather than speaking to the seller. Have you paid them the money as yet?0

It is virtually impossible to contact aliexpress , I had issues with them about two years ago and it was near impossible to get anything done. They used to have a Facebook site where they handled complaints and I got my result via that after about 7 months.
