Disabled people, help with heating petition

Was just reading through this months' arthritis care magazine and a 29 year old is campaigning Number 10 for a non means tested heating allowance for those that require extra heating over the winter months (whatever the illness or disability)

Would appreciate if some MSE'ers signed this petition as he only has a few hundred on it just now -seems a good cause, but seems a shame he doesn't have that many signed up for it.
