Belkin KVM - Help please

Hi I today bought a belkin KVM switch to control 2 pcs from one monitor, keyboard and mouse, and it is working perfectly.

I wanted to ask - does anyone know what the keyboard control sequence of keys is to manual switch from one pc to another as its a bit of a pain having to keep going behind my pc to hit the switch on the device.

Any help most appreciated.

thanks Vicky

What model KVM is it? Mine came with a software tool that you can install, one click and it switches.

Hi thanks for the advice sorry should have put the model number on its the F1DK102Uuk - there was no software cd or instructions in with it and I cannot take it back to seller until next weekend as the Computer fair is only on, on a saturday where I bought it from. I have installed it ok and it works fine
I will give the scroll lock twice and 1 2 3 4 and see if that works

Should have been a CD in the box with a tool that you click on to switch.
I've got the same software here and am looking at how big it is, if it isn't big I can zip it and send it to you by email if you like, once installed it puts a small icon in you task bar by the clock and you click on it to switch.
Installation is easy to do, you just copy the kvm file and put it into your start up folder and it runs when window starts up.
    Try this

I'll leave it up there till Monday night or till you post back that you have got it. I've zipped the installation instructions .pdf file in with it.

PaulK you are a star .

Thankyou so much for taking the time to send me the software. It works brilliantly and you have saved me so much agro as I kept having to go behind my pc to click the switch to change it over from pc to laptop and back again.

Next time make sure the full contents are in the box ;) I'll take the file down now since it's not required any more. Have fun with the KVM.
Oh and you're welcome by the way, having the jessie-lou domain and space helps sometimes.
