I am on their price protector 2017 deal for both fuels. I would say I am low user as I shower in mornings rarely cook at home and use washing machine 1/2 a week. I havent had the heating on for months (like everyone) but they recently increased my DD bringing up a bill from when I switched to them Despite paying more and using less than ever my account is no neare to being in credit now than when paying less. Their bills are meant to be clear I feel they are not anyone else in a similar situation/feeling?

The price of energy is based on actual consumption (in kwh). In your deal the price per unit would be fixed, but if you use more units than initially presumed, the bills (and the monthly payments) will go up.
How do your previous bills correspond to your own readings? Are those bills based on actual meter readings (either your own or npower's) or are they estimated?
