Do Business debts show on personal credit file?

I'm wondering if someone can confirm whether a business account overdraft with a minus balance will be shown on my personal credit file?

Are you a sole trader? if so then it may do.

It might be best to check the t&cs of your specific bank / bank account.

For example, HSBC business account t&cs say:

Sole Traders, Partnerships, Personal Representatives and Trustees

We may share information with credit reference agencies to verify your identity and suitability for an account using information from the Electoral Register and other public sources ....

Then for personal bank accounts, the t&cs go on to explicitly say

"We may share details of how you manage any current accounts or borrowing from us with credit reference agencies."

BUT... that second quote isn't in the t&cs for business accounts. So perhaps they don't share that info.

It's not for Sole Trader- ltd company

Not a limited company is a separate legal entity to you. Any accounts in the name of the limited company could not show on your personal credit file.
