Not enough!!

Hi just need abit of advice on how to word my next letter.

Iv just recieved a letter from 1 of my card's that im reclaiming charges from, and the amount was £480 in total and they've sent me a reply saying that they will offer me £192 + £10 to acknowledge my interest that i have incurred.

I was hoping for more along the lines of ALOT closer to what they actually owe me, so i need some help in wording my letter to say its not good enough.

Any help would be great!

Cheers Rob

Send them a letter basically saying that you take it as part payment towards the total amount and you with accept it without prejudice so you can still carry on down the court path after taking the money.
    Good Luck.
