Hey,
I'm new to this so hopefully its in the correct place.
My travel company contacted me last night and told me that there is now going to be a charge for my transfers and that I may have a seven hour wait for my arrival one. Before booking my holiday I had the company confirm that there was no charge for the transfers in an email which I still have. It is also stated on the invoice from the company that the transfers are free. There was never a mention of a seven hour wait in the emails either. The free transfers were the sole reason I choose this particular company. I was fully paid up on the holiday before they changed the transfers. Can they do this now?

Not too sure if they can change it or not.
If I was you, I would look to arranging your own transfer (at a cost), so you don't have to wait seven hours.

Thanks for your reply. I am currently looking at organising my own transfers just in case, but wondered if they are required to transfer me as that is what was agreed when I made payment.0

Have you gone back to them says 7 hours is too long to wait?Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0

Are you going somewhere like the Maldives where transfers are only usually possible in daylight hours?0

I have contacted them regarding the change in transfers and also queried the 7 hour transfer, it had never been mentioned before. Still waiting on a response.
I am flying into Geneva airport in the morning at 10am and have a transfer of approx 2 hours. I don't imagine there are issues with transfers at specific time.0 -
You may be better off just booking your own, even if you shouldn't have to. Hopefully though you'll get a positive response from your e-mail. Who is the company by the way>
www,resorthoppa.com , https://www.alpharooms.com/transfersearch and https://www.suntransfers.com are good places to look.0 -
I'm hoping for a positive response. Fingers crossed. The company is Intrepid.0
