:eek: My Laptop seems to be banjaxed! (Not working properly!)
I’m an NTL/Virgin customer so therefore have NTLNet Guard. At first it said that there was a problem with the antivirus, and to reinstall. Well took it off and immediately got something called tibs c (a Trojan)
My Laptop is now incredibly slow!!!
How do I sort this out!

Thanks for reading I know that you guys will come thru. Also be patient it’s the first thing I’ve had to do other load programs and very simple stuff on my computers!

I'd remove the Netguard if you already have other Antivirus/firewall products active on the PC, this could make it slowEx forum ambassador
