Of course you can throw it away (tidily in a bin if you want to avoid a real fine) but given that your location is given as B98 if you choose to do so you'll be looking at a big bill some months down the road.

I wouldn't throw this away as I know a few people that have had Parking Fines in ASDA.
They take there parking seriously.

You don't want a larger fine in a few months time.
