Hi, I received my card a couple of days before the old one ran out. I would phone them and check - it may have gone missing in the post.I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:0

I would check your income and whether you still meet the criteria. I got my card about a month before the last one ran out. The new one only runs for a few months now too.
And if you only get WTC but you're not disabled, you don't qualify.Anything I post on here is my own personal opinion, and quite likely not the view of my employer. My knowledge may not be up-to -the minute current, but I'll give you the best I can.0
