Hello! website is very sensitive to any forms of "Autofill", etc.
Mine submitted OK in IE, but I've problems in the past when I've used Autofill.

I had an issue, but solved it by inputting all of the fields by hand, and removing the uppercase letters from my email. I'm not sure which is the one that made it work.

Change UK - to another country , then back to UK again...that worked

Chrome was fine for me, and I used the default Chrome autofill settings for most fields

No problem in Chrome (not using autofill). Looked like a blank white screen but scrolled up to top to see
