Store Card PPI

Can anyone advise if I can claim against a store card which has been charging PPI? The store is Debenhams and their financial side is currently covered through Santander, but I have never received any PPI claim forms from them even though I have paid PPI payments since having the account.

Having PPI doesn't mean you're necessarily entitled to a refund. You need to explain to them why you think you shouldn't have it, and why you think it was missold to you (if indeed you feel it was).

Any complaint you make about PPI on store cards will have to be instigated by yourself. Complaint forms are not sent unless you request them and you will need to construct a robust mis-selling complaint in order to be successful.
If your original purchase of the PPI was prior to 2005, Debenhams won't even have to consider your complaint as it pre-dates regulation.

Thanks for the information. I will have to check specific dates as it may have been pre 2005. Find these PPI payments very frustrating as often it was automatically included, almost a fait de complie, when you took out the store card. Thanks for the information.:)
