Getting this PCN appeals thing wrapped round my head! :/

Hi guys, after a little help as i have read the newbies post a couple of times now and there's so much there i'm just getting all confused! Maybe its the heat at the moment!!!
Got myself a PCN back in April and as per the advice here, i ignored it and now a NTK has arrived. I read on the newbie post something regarding the NTK has to arrive between 29days and 56days from the PCN?? My NTK has arrived 86days after the date the PCN was issued!?
What do i do now? Do i still have to send the appeals letter or do i now just ignore it completely?! In the NTK they mention PoFA 2012 (whatever that means!)
The NTK is from Parking Collection Services and PCN was issued by Searchlight.
Just tried to include as much info as i have.
Help!
Thank you!

This is that phuqwit from Lamorna Cove again. It's your call, he'll never take you to court in a million years, or you could just reply pointing out the ridiculously late NtK, therefore there is no keeper liability so he can p|ss off and pursue the driver, and no you're not telling him who that was.
And put a stinking review of Lamorna Cove on Trip Advisor, he hates it when people do that.Je suis Charlie.0 -
they can pursue the driver from day 57 up until a full 6 years have passed, just not the RK due to having not met POFA 2012 requirements, so as above mention this in your appeal by putting an extra point in the template letter
obviously you never tell them who was driving as they have no right to ask you to do so , so dont
the newbies thread does explain about liability or not using POFA 2012 and also that many companies dont even try to comply with POFA 2012 anyway0 -
+1 as per bazster's advice, and especially the TripAdvisor negative review, as that is getting to (and at) the source of the problem - the landholder who contracted this outfit to harass their legitimate customers. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

In this instance the landowner IS "this outfit", he set up his own PPC to harass and bully his customers.Je suis Charlie.0 -
A business model of the asylum! Take care of the customers to ensure repeat business - send 'em a PCN to remind them of their stay.
Brilliant! You just couldn't make this stuff up if you tried. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You seen Trip Advisor about Lamorna Cove? It's a PR consultant's worst nightmare.Je suis Charlie.0

Just read about 6 pages of reviews, nightmare!
The majority are 1-dot ratings (and I expect that's because you have to give it that as a minimum).
Cynical reply to a positive suggestion that they increase the time available to purchase a ticket:We will pass on your comments to the parking company. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Right guys, finally getting to write the appeals letter today! In the template letter there are points A, B, C etc etc....do i include all of those or just ones specific to my appeal?? I'll also include a paragraph explaining that they have breached PoFA 2012 terms and conditions by sending my NTK outside the 56day period.
Any more help appreciated and HUGE thanks so far!! :beer:0 -
use ALL points, its not for you to decide what is relevant and what isnt, you question everything and accept nothing0
